Message Templates: Old version suddenly being used
In Message Templates > Home > My Interface > Contact Emails > Incidents > Question Receipt
I have a template. I have saved it. I have deployed it. I have also done a proof. All good so far.
However when I submit an incident, an old version we've not used in days is used instead. We've looked and this old version does not exist anywhere.
Have I missed the obvious or should this be using the correct message template as soon as I hit save and then deploy?
