Easy setting "Disabled from assignment" when out of office?

Is their a method to allow a user to set themselves as out-of-office, and have this action in turn set the Acount to Disable from assignment?


Hello Oracle Community,

In RightNow we have a custom object for staff to mark them as "out of office". This then means that any support incident for that staff member are shown in a different colour in the various incident reports we use.

Is there a way to setup RightNow so that a staff member setting themselves out of office object would also set their Agent account to "Disabled for Assignment" or so they could set this property directly?
