Hi All,

Is it possible to copy an SLA  in OSVC?

Under Navigation sets->Service->Service Level Agreements->Service Level Agreements->at the top Ribbon tab the copy option is disabled. Can we able to enable those option? 

If it is possible Please update me.Please refer the attached image for reference.
