Customers,

We get queries all the time about why items are not searchable on the shopping home page. The reasons range from content zone security for the user to item not available in the deliver-to organization to invalid keyword searches and so on. 

I thought I would highlight this one which may not be quite so obvious to Self Service Procurement customers.

Problem:

Item that is available on  a blanket purchase agreement is not searchable on the Shopping home page.
