KB Workflow to Update Status


What have others done, if anything, similar to the below:

Automatically move a KB to another status after X number of months if the previous status is a certain value and there have been no internal or external views and has not been linked to any cases.

I don't see that this can be done via rules and would have to be a manual process of running the report to meet this criteria and then multi-editing.

If anyone has any ideas on how to do this automatically with Oracle Service Cloud (RNT) functionality, would love to hear your ideas. Thanks!
