Hello,

 

I recently started to work with Oracle Service Cloud and I need to add two permissions to a new profile. The profile was based on another one already created, so I just needed to duplicate it. The difference between those two is that the new profile needs two more permissions.

The first one is to modify contacts information - which I supposed can be done going to Profiles -> Double click the specific profile -> Permissions -> Contacts -> check all Edit options (please, correct me if I am wrong). The second one is to add the possibility to reclassify incidents - which I do not know how to enable it. Could you help me with it?
