Does anyone have a current process using reports or other tools within Oracle Service Cloud (RNT) they use to archive answers (kbs)? We are looking at running a report on a monthly basis with the following criteria but have found it challenging to even create the report:

Report that contains a list of articles meet the following criteria:

• Article older than 24 months
• Have no external or internal views in the last 24 months
• No KBA links in the last 24 months
• Have not been edited in the last 24 months

Any thoughts? Thanks!
