Searching through Incident text for keywords/phrases in OSC

Hi everyone

 

What is the best way to create a report to search through all incident text (subject, customer enquiry, responses, private notes etc) for particular keywords or phrases ?

 

We wouldn't of course search for common words, more like specific names or student numbers

Would want it to work similar to an outlook search ideally, you type in the word or phrase and the emails with matches get displayed

 

I am surprised there is no inherent search ability in Oracle Service Cloud
