Hi,

We have deployed syndicated chat links (conditional and proactive) in our website and we are encountering inconsistencies in terms of the chat button not in sync with the available chatters. We have observed several occasions already that the chat button is in offline mode but we have available chatters. What would be the available options for us in terms of troubleshooting this kind of issue?
