would like to configure the auto generate to the report.

Hi 

Please let me know the followings,

Q1.
I want to generate and export the Incident Report automatically on OSvC. 
In addition, that report will move to the other folder or send the attached by email or confirm on the cusomer portal

[Determining action]
1.Create the report automatically
2.Confirm the real time report on Customer Portal except using console .


How could I do that?
