Hi Experts,

Currently, when creating a child incident from a parent that has attachments, the attachments are automatically available in the child record. Is it possible to have the attachment saved on the child incident available to the parent incident? For instance, if the user needs to respond to the parent incident he/she will see the attachments received from the child incident. I hope this is clear.
