Hi Team, 

           We have a use case where outlook contact to be integrated to RightNow contacts. By referring the below link we enabled outlook integration tab in " configuration  settings-> Staff Management -> Profiles-> Permissions " .While installing the software from 

"File -> Links -> Outlook Software Integration " error message is displayed as " The installation package can not be opened " .

 i have enclosing the error message as attachment. Has anyone overcome on this or guide to help me out ?
