Hi Team,
Business Requirement : Need Auto fill email ID privilege in "Incident Response Channel"
For Example : One of the E-mail id in my RightNow is "[email protected]" if I type the partial email in "E-mail - Incident Response Channel" CC space then it should show the option as [email protected] , [email protected], [email protected]
Can you suggest some solution?
