Hi Experts,

Attached is a sample of my ongoing workflow with parent-child incident. What happen is that when I copied the thread of the parent. When it  opened the Child incident. The thread on the communication thread are all in edit mode. Please see screenshot1.png

I want the copied thread to be opened not in edit mode and keep the response thread on top and not on the bottom.
