We have received queries via Forum Posts and other channels asking if there was an automated mechanism available for requesters to engage in a supplier registration process. This was seen as as needed by certain organizations that had the following requirements:

1. Not all requesters were seen as using this feature. This was reserved to specific advanced requesters who worked in the field and had first-hand interactions with potential suppliers on projects
2. When such requesters wanted to bring in new suppliers into the organization, there was a need to allow them to quickly request the supplier and the ability to automate the registration and approval process to onboard such suppliers
