All,

I am having an issue with the Audit Log in that for some reason it display the disposition number like 629 instead of the name like "XYZ Pick Up" .  The strange thing is that it only happens on a handful of dispositions not all.   In fact, most of the dispositions show the correct information, which is the name. 

Has this happened to anyone or does anyone have suggestions?
