Report on CP Does Not Display Data


I have a custom report that lists different queues where we receive emails and shows how many are assigned in each queue as well as how many are not assigned in each queue.  When I run this report in the console I see the different queues and the number of unassigned and assigned for each queue.  When I use the "reports/Grid" widget on the customer portal, the report comes up but it has no data.  This works correctly for another report that shows current chat queues with some statistics but not for emails.  What am I missing that is preventing
