Summary

Defect?

Content

As we understand it, Oracle has identified the logic of Learned Links as a defect.   Based on their response about how many learned links get associated to an article:

1)There is no way to turn them off.  We have no way to do it, Oracle has no way to do it.

2)They have discovered a defect in the learned links that they are not being returned in the correct order.  The most relevant learned links (as perceived by the algorithm) should be the ones returned first (and therefore visible in the UI) but they are not.

That being said, does anyone know if we can hide them and only surface manually linked Related Articles instead?

Howdy, Stranger!
