Summary

The 18C update for Product Hub includes 5 new features. While many of the new features are automatically available to you with  user modifiable default configurations, some may require your explicit opt-in and careful set up to suit your specific business needs.  In addition to the standard documentation such as Whats New, Product Hub has also made available training videos and handouts for features that require advanced level of understanding of their usage and business benefits before you configure and leverage them.

1. MANAGE ITEM TEMPLATES OF AN ITEM CLASS EFFICIENTLY WITH IMPROVED USER INTERFACE

Copy item templates to multiple organizations without recreating them for each child organization. If the templates fail to create automatically, you can also add predefined templates from the user interface. The predefined templates let you apply and maintain organization-specific templates efficiently.
