How to create new contact when received a call from unregistered number.

Hello Everyone ,

I am working on a demo and want to show CTI functionality  through simulator , when we input a registered number and make a call then contact workspace related to that number is opened. But when we input any unregistered number then no workspace is open , is it possible that when we make a call from unregistered number contact workspace should open and dialed number should populated in phone number field.
