Integrate the Agent Desktop and Customer Portal to Azure Active Directory

The customer has Azure Active Directory service on their side and they want their agents to log in to service cloud agent desktop via AD SSO and their employees on customer portal via AD SSO. I have read some docs of Azure AD and OSvC to integrate them. but have much confusion for me. Following this documentation, and enable the PTA_ENABLED configuration setting to Yes. Please guide
