Hi Team,

We have integrated oracle service cloud to EBS through browser control, creating service request in EBS when button(browser controller) is pressed on service cloud workspace. This has been setup for 2 workspaces.

I am able to get response through browser controller button for workspace1 but I am not able to get any response for workspace2. I have done the same setup for both the workspaces, Attached the screen shots for your reference, please review and suggest If you have any inputs to identify the root cause.
