Possible to show an answer instead of search results for certain user intents?

Hello. I am interested to know if there's a way to auto-display an FAQ for certain intents which our users commonly search. For example, 'Returns' is something many customers use our self-service portal for. Instead of showing them a list of possible matches, I'd like to show them a specific answer. Any help is appreciated!
