Why can not we use "Job type" criteria for requisition advanced filters?

I have some questions about criteria that we can use in advanced filters of Recruiting center

To summarize the problem, we want to add the criteria "Job type" in the advanced filters for the requisitions part, as we did for the candidates' advanced filters.

The support (via S/R) tells me that it is technically not possible to use "Job type" as a criteria in the advanced filters for requisitions. However they do not know the exact reason why this feature is not allowed.
