Bug 28889967 represents the backport bug to Update 18C of a bug fix in the Supplier Punchout flow. Here are the details for your consumption:

Problem:

System throws a null pointer exception error when the user returns from a supplier punchout site with a blank cart (i.e. shopping cart contains no items).

This could potentially happen if the user canceled the shopping flow on the punchout site or completed the flow by logging out of the supplier site to return to the Self Service Procurement pages
