Hi all.

I though let's start a general discussion on the purpose of having hidden tables, tables available in the data dictionary but not available for use in analytics.

I personally have never understood the purpose of having hidden tables and am a strong advocate for allowing all tables to be used in analytics (with the exception of passwords which for obvious reasons should remain hidden). I feel everyone should be able to make the reports they want on the available data within the system and it has been frustrating me for years (most likely as I fail to see the purpose).
