Add a popup warning to the Editor/Author when they first open the answer, that a versioning draft of an answer exits

We have more than one Editor/Author editing answers. It would be nice to have a pop up warning the Editor/Author  that a “Draft” exists in versioning for the answer when an they first open it. Helps to ensure that they are aware that changes are are in the works already for that answer. 

Editor #1 creates a version draft, edits the answer and saves the draft to work on it again a later time.

Editor #2 needs to make an update to the same answer so opens the answer – does not go to the versioning tab to see that there is a draft). Editor #2 save it.
