Please take note. We fixed the following issue in Update 19A

Problem:

Customer was unable to view their entire list of Smart Forms created in the Request Type Choicelist when using the smart form to create a requisition. The system was not displaying the entire list but a partial list.

Resolution:

Per design, the system is to display 500 smart forms in the choicelist. The bug is now fixed to provide what the design intended.
