Customer response value with default name "Customer Comments" in Agent desktop

Customer Response append with "Customer comments"


Hi All,

In AD, I am creating one incident and push that incident into another fusion cloud(Maintenance cloud). The maintenance cloud will receive the incident named as work order. During the integration some of the field value will merge into maintenance cloud.From that they are capturing subject,incident number,etc.. to merge the incident fields into maintenance cloud work order.

The issue is,while merging the customer response value, the value is append with the static value "Customer Comments" in work order. 

Can anyone aware of how to skip the
