Hi,

I have a requirement where I need to access Custom object and retrieve data and assign it to chat Queue (based on custom object data) once the Chat request is submitted (clicking Submit button on launch page) by customer.

My questions are

1) Is this possible? If yes then how?
2) Can I use REST API for accessing custom object from launch page ?
