Incident Status on Customer Portal Issue
I am trying to add the status_id of a complaint in the customer portal. In the configuration settings, we have various fields being used to provide different points of data (complaint type, reference number, subject, contact, subject, etc..).
When I add the status (incident.status_id), it shows up in the portal as 109. That is technically correct, but 109 in the data dictionary for status_id = Investigation. I am trying to get the setting to show Investigation instead of 109. Any tips?
