Hi,

I was creating few custom widgets by extending standard chat widgets. I found one condition in a widget saying 'is_persistent_chat'. But I am not able to locate such configuration settings or anywhere. Can anyone please tell me where I can find this setting and make my chat persistent i.e. in case while chatting customer moves to another page in customer portal, but chat session remain as it was untill closed explicitly.
