Is there a way to Add the Logged in User As a secondary contact in the Incident Contacts Tab

We need to have a functionality where in a Logged in user who is viewing a ticket having a different primary contact and assignee, should be able to add himself as a secondary contact just by clicking a button.
Do we have a inbuilt functionality or any script?
