All,

I am new to the process of archiving/purging records.  We are trying to research how to purge or archive incidents

We are trying to archive incidents that are about one and half year old from current day.  This is just about how long our Agent Desktop has gone Life.

The policy will be created using about three custom fields.

I read answer id 10013.

1.- I need your help in understanding, for now, how the indexing through the Object Designer works. 

2.- I will need to create index for about three custom fields, but I can't see them in the Object Designer.
