Disabling OSVC Interface Links from Menu
SummaryCan't find a way to remove link to disabled portal from menu.
We have two active interfaces,
- "Standard" interface for general use and is the interface where the public submit tickets through the portal
- "Secure" interface for internal use only. Access to this interface is restricted to specific profiles.
In File > Links > Oracle Service Cloud Interface, the link to "Secure" interface console is only visible to those users whose profile allows them access.
However, the link to the customer portal for this interface is available for all our internal users under File > Links > Oracle Service Cloud Interface. The customer portal for this interface has been disabled in CP_MOD_ENABLED.
