Embedding pictures & Template styling in the KB

Is there an update of the current KB Editor with drag&drop functionalities?

Hello Experts,

our service staff is strugfeling with the non logic of the KB Editor. It is a nightmare to style a KB properly without violating the company CD or beeing an HTML Expert nor a RightNow expert.

Is there a planned updated for this very outdated editor? most editors nowaday allow inline editing, wysiwyg, drag& drop of elements, pictures, multiple fonts, css, basic editing needs to keep a KB alive. 

What about the automatic printing to a .pdf function in CP? it is not always ok to rely on the customers browser choice and its capabilities of pdf conversion: some won‘t recognize other frames of CO which doesn‘t belong to the KB Article itself.. we just need the KB Article Content to be pdf printable in CP.
