How can GOP consider Supplier cut off time in the lead time calculations

Need GOP to consider and extra day in the lead time if orders are place after 12 for this supplier

My client's suppliers, they have a schedule close cut off. Let’s say for Supplier A the schedule cut off time is noon. So if the PO is placed to the supplier before noon then they deliver in 2 days, whereas if the order is placed after noon then they deliver in 3 days (as for that day they are not processing any more orders).

 

Can we use Supplier Calendar to model this. Can Supplier calendar be defined to close off as 12 oclock, so for the order lead time will start form the next day?
