Unable to assign a user with the role Service Request Administrator

The role is located in the Roles screen, but when I try to add the role to the user it is not displayed


Hello all,

I don't know if I am in the correct forum, but I am trying to add the role Service Request Administrator to a user. The role is found in the Security Console under Roles. I searched for the user I want to add the role to, clicked edit, and tried to add the role but when searching for the role I got no results.

Can anyone help please?
