Would someone be able to post links of where I would find the API documentation to search/create contacts and incidents in the Oracle RightNow service application.  More specifically we are looking to have another cloud based solution Verizon VCC (Virtual Contact Center) call the API to search/create contacts and incidents.  Any help is appreciated.
