Hi Service RightNow Team,

I have a client who is facing a system performance issue since they implemented the ORN (Service cloud) although there were many suggestions given to them however they are still not happy with the service cloud. In desktop version they are facing this issue, not sure if they have changed any configuration or any back-end configuration but I would like to help them for smoother performance.

Can you please tell me what is the ideal system configuration we need for ORN and what is the database language ORN supports is it 'Dot net' or something else?
