Hey!

I'm working on a solution that will prevent our associates from download attachments from the threads to their computers and than upload to our internal systems - the goal is to move selected attachments directly to our internal systems and initiate the process from OSvC.

There are 2 things that I would like to know before I push this further:

  1. How can I remove the option to download attachments from the workspace? 
  2. How can I pull a list of associated attachments per thread?
