Probes and Terminals - has anyone got these working?

I followed the instructions but Probes and Terminals aren't working

Hi,

I have followed through on all the instructions at https://documentation.custhelp.com/euf/assets/devdocs/cloud18c/olh/CoreFeatures/topicrefs/c_CPM_logging.html but nothing is being logged from my custom processes.  Has anyone had success or found any gotchas with the set up of Terminals and Probes?  I even tried using their example code for an Organisation (which we don't use that heavily) so was able to connect it to the default handler for add, update, and delete for organisations but still nothing.
