Hi all

I need help in creating a custom purge.  We have incidents that have the incidents.CO$Account custom field and will be used to purge the closed incidents with other custom fields: incidents.c$date_created, and incidents.c$date_closed.

This is my first time attempting to purge incidents and I don't see the Custom Tile in the Agent Browser UI Data Lifecycle Policies.   According to Oracle support, I am supposed to create and deploy a Custom Object that generates transactions.  I am not sure what they mean.
