Hi, I'm trying to embed web cti application within OSC - Web but i do not see any document or recommended methods in Service Cloud document. I see only general add-in development document's available in net and i've used it to build custom add-in which will load my web cti application but i dont know that is the right approach or not. So can someone please help me with proper document which talks about right approach to embed web cti app inside OSC Web other than add-in concept? Thanks Ranjith
