Hi,

We are in the process of implementing Customer Portal SSO with OKTA as the Identity Provider (ADFS). We should provide the OKTA team with entity id and the assertion consumer service (ACS) url. From the documentation, we have found out that following could be the URL:

http://<your_site>.custhelp.com/ci/openlogin/saml/subject/contact.emails.address.

But, I have the following query with respect to Entity Id:

What is the entity-id that we should provide to the Identity provider? Is it same as the value specified in the subject parameter of openlogin URL? In the above URL, can contact.emails.address act as the entity id?
