Can we get the articles tagged to the usergroups by passing usergroup as an explicit filter?

Hi,

 I am looking for a solution on one of the below use case :

" One contact/web user can be associated with multiple access levels/usergroups. currently as per OOTB feature when web user log in , usergroups gets applied implicitly and relevant answers are getting displayed accordingly.

But on top of it , as contact/web user can be associated with multiple access levels / web roles , I need to display usergroups(only those are associated with the logged in user)  in dropdownlist and pass it as explicit filter and get the filterd results."
