Paginator Widget On Custom Sub Section Page Not Working

Hi all,

First off, you will have to forgive me if any of this seems painfully obvious. My HTML and PHP experience is very limited and I'm going on what I can remember from 8 years ago, when I last dabbled in web design.

In my company we normally outsource any customer portal changes to Oracle Consulting. This included a rather large customisation to our category Sub Section page. Unfortunately the paging was left out and it was not noticed until some time later.

I have put the widget into the sub_section.php file as per the code snippet.
