Change status after 24 working hours

Requirement is to change the status after 24 working hours - also considering holidaysContent
Hi,
I have a requirement were the Status = "Submitted" and after 24 working hours (also considering Holidays), I need to change this status to "Under Review".
We don't have SLA (all customers are equal). Is this even possible?
Can someone help me with this?
