Please let me know how can we achieve the below scenario in AD.
1) A Customer will raise a service request through CP / a call can be done to book an appointment for a service provided by the client with desired date and time.
2) That has to be captured against the customer, and it will be blocked in a common calendar. If only 2 slots can be allowed to book in a particular time period, and if it exceeds it should not allow to book another appointment during the same time.
3) If the appointment is booked we need to send a notification or confirmation with the details through email and SMS.
