Add an image to a mailing document

Image added to image explorer but unable to find URL to insert it in a document

Hi all. Apologies in advance - I should know this!!

I need to add an image (of a signature) to a mailing document. The image is supplied as JPG and saved into Images explorer. However, when trying to insert in the document I need to provide the image URL (which I cannot identify via the explorer).

I've not had to do this previously and clearly I'm missing something very basic, so any advice would be appreciated.
